- Permitted Use: You may use Tennis S to connect with coaches or players for the purpose of tennis training and related services.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use our platform for any unlawful activities, to mislead or defraud others, or to harass or abuse any users.
5. Payments and Fees
- Service Fees: Tennis S may charge service fees for certain transactions. These fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
- Payments: All payments are processed securely through our platform. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you use.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making any payments.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Player Cancellations: Players may cancel or reschedule sessions according to the terms set by the coach. Cancellations outside these terms may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Coach Cancellations: Coaches may cancel sessions with reasonable notice. If a session is canceled by the coach, the player may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on Tennis S, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tennis S or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on Tennis S. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes Between Users: Tennis S is not responsible for disputes between players and coaches. We encourage users to resolve conflicts amicably.
- Mediation: In the event of a dispute, Tennis S may offer mediation services to help resolve the issue. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: Tennis S does not guarantee the quality of coaching services provided by coaches on our platform.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis S is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tennis S, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
