  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We encourage users to review coach profiles, ratings, and reviews before booking to ensure satisfaction with the chosen service.
  • Communication is Key: If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to communicate directly with the coach to resolve any issues.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellations Before Service Begins: Refunds may be issued if the service is canceled by the player or coach before the session begins, provided that the cancellation is within the specified cancellation period.
  • Coach-Initiated Cancellations: If a coach cancels a session after payment has been made, the player may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
  • Unfulfilled Services: If a service is not delivered as agreed, and both parties cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered after a thorough review by Tennis S.

 

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Player Cancellations After Service Begins: If a player cancels a session after it has started or fails to attend a scheduled session, no refund will be provided.
  • Satisfaction-Based Refund Requests: Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with the service, provided the service was delivered as described.
  • Special Promotions: Services booked under special promotions, discounts, or packages are non-refundable.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, players must submit a formal request within 48 hours of the scheduled session time. This request must include a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Review and Resolution: Refund requests will be reviewed by Tennis S within 7-10 business days. We may contact both the player and the coach to gather additional information before making a decision.
  • Refund Approval: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation Services: In cases of disputes between players and coaches, Tennis S may offer mediation services to help resolve the issue before escalating to a refund request.
  • Final Decision: Tennis S’s decision on refund requests and disputes is final and binding.

  • Tennis S reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with the updated effective date.
